Job Description
Executes the end-to-end MS 365 migration program, accountable for delivery, timelines, and executive reporting.
Manage migration strategy (cutover, hybrid, staged), builds playbooks, and aligns with Program goals.
Oversees delivery (AD, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps), identifies blockers, and maps technical readiness.
Provides deep technical guidance during pilot, rollout, and cutover. Troubleshoots escalations.
Identifies technical risks (identity, mail routing, DNS) and designs mitigation plans.
Aligns migration success criteria through technical validation checkpoints with QA Lead and other team members.
Provides executive dashboards, migration progress, and adoption metrics.
Owns stabilization phase, defect closure, and handover to support. Oversees technical tuning, performance validation, and transition to operations.
