Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
Coordinate with internal teams for data management and process execution.
Maintain and update records in company systems/Excel sheets.
Support in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of assigned operational tasks.
Identify process gaps and share improvement suggestions with the team lead.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any stream (Freshers are welcome).
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Quick learner with problem-solving skills.
