Job Description

a.Day to day monitoring of critical production SAP systems
b.Daily issue resolving and direct interaction with client in Prod environments with strict deliverable deadlines
c.Periodic system refresh and Component upgrades in DEV, Quality and Prod SAP systems
d.Complex analysis and suggestions for improvements to various issues.
e.Solutions to system slowness, system unavailability and other SAP related activities.
f.Communication and daily usage of SAP market place for notes, opening connections, software downloads and raising messages on behalf of customer.
g.Transport, Printers, OS level checks.
h.Kernel upgrade.
i.Assessment and assignment of INCs as per requirement to proper queues.
j.Communication within other teams on a daily basis in ensuring swift resolution of queries.
k.POC from SAP end for various patching activities of other teams.
l.Day to Day transports as per laid out time frame
m.Switching/Creation of operation modes during month end/as and when required by client.
n.Switching/extension/change of different SAP parameters as and when requested by client.
o.RFC creations
p.Job scheduling
q.System dump analysis
r.Monitoring and issue resolution of SAP Portal systems.
