Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (10+ years)

Location: Bangalore office - Hybrid (2 Days a week)

Shift: Regular IST hours (10am 7pm IST)

Interview rounds: 2 rounds(One round is F2F)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred.

Role & responsibilities

• 10+ years of overall development experience in software
• engineering
• hands-on development experience in ServiceNow
• hands-on development experience in ITOM/CMDB

Abstract: Strong Implementation experience with ServiceNow CSM

(case management, ITSM (problem, change), ITOM (CMDB,

discovery, mapping) with strong foundational platform skills &

integration skills.

• Strong Experience with ServiceNow development,administration, and configurations, scripting capabilities usingJavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, and Business Rules.
• Good understanding of Flow Designer, workflow Editor, andorchestration
• Familiarity with scoped applications, update Sets, andServiceNow Release Management.
• Strong understanding of mid-server architecture andintegrations.
• Strong in understanding of ACLs, roles, and contextualsecurity models within ServiceNow
• Strong integration experience with REST/SOAP APIdevelopment, Inbound/Outbound Integrations, and webservice orchestration, custom integration scripts, handlingauthentication (Basic, OAuth 2.0), and parsing structured data(JSON/XML)
