Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
8+ years of software, security and performance testing experience including technical test team leadership.
Proven expert in creating organisational Test Strategy.
Define Test plans for sprints based on user stories.
Identify and document agile test cases, with an eye to automate routine tasks and ability to adapt to rapid changes.
Execute and mentor other testers in customer centric testing.
Set standards and create templates for test documentation such as Test Cases, Reporting Defects, managing blockers and setting priorities.
Expert at creating, maintaining, and managing test data.
Prior experience in running Performance tests using tools like Jmeter, LoadUI, Load Ninja, Loadrunner, etc.
Ability to generate performance and security test reports with test result, test analysis and recommendation to the project.
Technical proficiency with SQL including the ability to create queries to validate data integrity, metadata, dashboards and data constraints is a Must (T-SQL).
Prior experience in working in multi-tenant environment. With expertise in integration testing with tools like SOAP UI, Postman etc.
Familiarity in creating Test Automation Framework. Ability to define and defend automated testing tools.
Ability to stand up automation test environment for multiple projects from scratch.
Collects and analyse test metrics and take corrective actions.
Expert at Agile Testing methodology and Agile scrum practices.
Expert in working with JIRA and TFS for managing and reporting testing effort.
Work as a single contributor where required.
Mentor testers within sphere of influence and drive continuous improvement.
Ability to build collaborative environment between QA and Development team. Resolve conflicts & escalations as they arise.
Up to date with industry best practices for QAs in highly regulated environment/industry.
Prior big data analytics and health care industry experience a plus.

Experience with transforming QA to a more QE practice.
Functional knowledge and experience with Dev Ops.
Define KPIs and support 360-degree performance evaluation for QA team.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice.
No regular travel required. Less than 10%.
The position will work in a temperature-controlled environment.
Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
