STP Specialist Ariba

As an SAP Ariba Specialist, you will play a key role in enabling global Source-to-Contract transformation.

Upstream: You will configure, enhance, and support Ariba Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) modules.

Downstream: You will support the deployment and operation of Ariba P2P (Guided Buying, Invoicing, Procurement, Catalog Management, Ariba Business Network).

You will ensure that end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes are optimized, compliant, and fully integrated with SAP ECC/S4HANA..

What Youll Be Doing

• Configure and support Ariba Upstream modules (Sourcing, Contract Management, SLP).
• Collaborate with Business Process Managers (BPMs) and SMEs to align system design with business requirements.
• Support integration activities with ERP systems (SAP ECC, S/4HANA) and middleware (CPI, APIs).
• Configure and support Ariba P2P modules (Guided Buying, Invoicing, Procurement).
• Manage catalog integration, supplier onboarding, and Ariba Network connections.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure compliance and adoption.
• Partner with business stakeholders to design and deliver end-to-end Source-to-Contract processes.
• Participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT) planning, execution, and defect resolution.
• Support deployment activities across global markets.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to global and local teams.
• Deliver user training, documentation, and best practice guidelines.

What Were Looking For

• 5-7 years of experience in Ariba modules. (Upstream & Downstream)
• Proven knowledge of Source-to-Contract processes and procurement best practices.
• Experience with ERP and middleware integration (SAP ECC/S4, CPI, APIs).
• Strong testing and configuration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills for business-IT collaboration.
