Urgent opening for Redhat Openshift Infra support , Vashi

Role & responsibilities :-

Work Location : Vashi (WFO)

Experience : L1 (2 - 3years )& L2 (Exp 3 - 5years) respectively.

Domain knowledge : Banking. Preferred candidate profile

- Proactive monitoring and health checks of OCP clusters, nodes, pods, and services.

- Management of Red Hat Quay, ACS, and ACM components.

- Incident and problem management with defined TATs.

- Patch management and upgrades (manual image updates via mirror registry).

- Backup and restore operations (ETCD, Velero/OADP for stateful apps).

- Log aggregation and alerting (Loki + external log forwarding via Vector).

- DNS, certificate, and ingress management.

- DR Drill/Moc Drill Plan and support.

- Integration with CI/CD pipelines for DevSecOps.

- LDAP/AD integration management.

- Role-based access control (RBAC) and SCC governance.

- Implement TLS certificates and secure endpoints

- Create Custom Alerts: Manage / Configure advanced alerts based on specific conditions such as resource thresholds, network issues, or security events as per requirements.

- Review cluster alerts and events

- Monitor cluster performance metrics

- Monitor security alerts and audit logs

- Conduct compliance audits and vulnerability scans

- Validate pod distribution across nodes

- Check etcd health and API server performance

- Configure resource quotas and limits

- Handle autoscaling (Horizontal Pod Autoscaler, Cluster Autoscaler)

- Diagnose pod failures, node issues, and networking problems
