Job Description
We have an urgent opening for the profile of CRM in Karol bagh location.Responsibilities :-
1.Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
2.Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
3.Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
4.Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
5.Communicating with the prospective clients for advisory services sales.
