What Will You Do?

Transform Sales Operations:

• Fix and improve how companies handle their entire sales process - from getting leads to closing deals to managing orders
• Redesign outdated sales processes to make them more efficient
• Use automation, AI, and smart tools to help sales teams work better

Lead Projects:

• Manage transformation projects from start to finish
• Work with client teams and Accenture colleagues globally
• Track budgets, timelines, and team performance
• Report to senior leaders and clients regularly

Coach & Develop Teams:

• Lead and mentor team members
• Provide feedback and career guidance
• Build a culture of continuous improvement

1. Sales Operations Knowledge
• Understanding of: Pricing, Quoting, Proposals, Contracts, Order Management, Sales Incentives
• Know how sales teams actually work day-to-day
2. Transformation Experience
• Led big projects to change how sales operations work
• Made processes simpler and more standardized
3. Technology Skills
• CRM tools like Salesforce
• CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) tools
• Automation and AI tools
4. Data & Analytics
• Use Power BI, Tableau to create reports
• Turn data into actionable insights
