Job Title - Business Analyst

Experience: 5+ Years
Domain: Banking / Lending

Location - Chennai
Specialization: Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS)

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements for lending processes.
  
• Work on LOS/LMS enhancements, workflows, and process mapping.
  
• Perform gap analysis, prepare BRD/FRD, and support solution design.
  
• Coordinate with business, IT, credit, risk, and vendor teams.
  
• Support SIT/UAT, test case preparation, and defect management.
  
• Create process flows, user stories, and system documentation.
  

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of retail/corporate lending lifecycle.
  
• Hands-on LOS/LMS experience (e.g., FinnOne, LoanIQ, Temenos, etc.).
  
• Good in requirements gathering, data analysis, and SQL (preferred).
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  

Education:
Bachelors degree; MBA/BA certifications preferred.
