Job Title: Head IT Staff Augmentation Sales

Location: Bengaluru (Preferred) | Pan-India Role

About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished sales leader to spearhead and scale our IT Staff Augmentation & Managed Services business across India.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for revenue growth, enterprise client acquisition, and building long-term relationships with key customers and partners.

What You Will Own

  • Build, lead & grow the IT Staff Augmentation sales strategy across India
  • Drive new client acquisition (Enterprise & Mid-Market sector)
  • Expand business with existing clients Account Mining & Retention
  • Drive high-performance hiring pipelines in partnership with TA teams
  • Manage P&L responsibility for the Staff Augmentation business
  • Create scalable MSP / SOW-based services engine
  • Structure pricing models and commercial negotiations
  • Develop strong alliances with OEMs, System Integrators & Consulting partners
  • Drive brand presence in the IT services & talent solutions market
  • Track market trends and convert opportunities into business wins

Who You Are

  • 10+ years experience in IT Staff Augmentation / Managed Services Sales
  • Strong network with CIOs, CHROs, Procurement & IT leadership
  • Experience in selling Contract Staffing, Specialist Talent, Cloud / Infrastructure services
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
  • Results-driven with Quarter-on-Quarter growth mindset

Able to take initiative, own the number & make things happen fast
