Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC and display campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing, and LinkedIn Ads.
  
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid management, and budget optimization.
  
• Create ad copies, manage A/B testing, and improve CTR and conversion rates.
  
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio dashboards.
  
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure creative alignment.
  
• Manage monthly reports, ROI analysis, and cost per acquisition (CPA) tracking.
  
• Stay updated with latest SEM trends, algorithms, and ad policies.
  

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  
• Proficiency in GA4, Tag Manager, Excel/Sheets, and keyword tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  
• Google Ads or Meta certifications preferred.
