We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our team working on digital payment and tokenization applications under the MDES program. The role involves developing secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications integrated with backend microservices.
We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our team working on digital payment and tokenization applications under the MDES program. The role involves developing secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications integrated with backend microservices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Android SDK .
- Integrate RESTful APIs and work closely with backend microservice teams.
- Implement modern Android components (Jetpack, Coroutines, MVVM).
- Ensure app performance, responsiveness, and security compliance .
- Write and maintain unit and UI tests using JUnit , Espresso , or Mockito .
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams in an Agile setup .
- Troubleshoot and optimize applications for maximum speed and stability.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines , Git , and Gradle for build and release management.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on Android development experience.
- Proficient in Kotlin , Android Jetpack , and RESTful API integration .
- Exposure to Payments / Fintech / Digital Wallet applications preferred.
