Job Description 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) Admin

Location: Mahindra World City, Chengalpettu, Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform (On-prem/Cloud).
Manage users, roles, licenses, and security contexts.
Configure organizations, collaborative spaces, and access controls.
Monitor system performance, backups, and recovery activities.
Troubleshoot 3DPassport, 3DDashboard, 3DSpace, and related applications.
Assist in deploying fix packs, hotfixes, and upgrades.
Support CATIA / SOLIDWORKS integrations and user issues.
Liaise with Dassault Systmes for support tickets.
Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE Platform Administration
Understanding of Passport, Dashboard, Space, FCS, MCS
User/role/license management
Basic troubleshooting & log analysis
Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers
Good understanding of PLM processes
