Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide L2-L3 Support to Mobile Application. Monitoring mobile banking financial transactions, analyzing root causes of faulty transactions, and coordinate with ESB (Middleware) Team for issue resolution.
Ensured day-end reconciliation for transactions and generated financial transaction reports for bank business analysis.
Application/Production support Monitoring & Trouble Shooting. Good Knowledge of SQL
