Job Description
- Implement vectorization pipelines and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) endpoints; integrate PGVector or equivalent.
- Build AI microservices with Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, and SQLAlchemy /SQLModel; define robust REST APIs.
- Apply Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, Autogen) where suitable.
- Establish CI/CD with GitHub Actions; deploy via Helm on Kubernetes in Azure or AWS.
- Integrate with Snowflake and PostgreSQL; implement robust data access, caching, and observability.
- Implement unit tests and evaluation harnesses; contribute to offline/inline model evaluation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to frame problems, validate POCs, and harden solutions for production.
- Explore fine-tuning opportunities when beneficial; document findings and productionize successful approaches.
- Minimum Required Bachelor''s in CS, Data/AI, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years building AI/ML or data-intensive services in production.
- Strong Python engineering with FastAPI and async programming.
- Hands-on with vector databases and PGVector; RAG patterns and embedding pipelines.
- Familiarity with MCP and agentic frameworks; prompt/tool orchestration fundamentals.
- Cloud-native development with GitHub Actions, Helm, Kubernetes; Azure or AWS experience.
- Proficiency with SQL, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake; ORM-first application development.
- Understanding of OOP, unit testing, and CI quality gates; TDD/BDD exposure is a plus.
- Awareness of responsible AI, security, and data governance considerations.
