We are Urgently looking for Application Support /Production Support /Software Support position in Navi Mumbai (Airoli)

Skills : Dynatrace, Grafana, Ticketing, Monitoring, Servicenow, API, SQL ,Linux.

Work location : Navi Mumbai (Airoli)- Work from Office

Experience : 1- 3years

Role & responsibilities

• Extensive hands-on experience with Dynatrace: Design, configuration, management of agents, modules (e.g., Distributed Tracing, Logs, RUM, Synthetics), and advanced features (e.g., DQL, Grail).
• Proficiency in Grafana: Dashboard design and development, experience with various data sources, and understanding of visualization best practices.
• Strong understanding of observability concepts: Metrics, logs, traces, and their application in performance monitoring.
• Experience with related technologies: Prometheus, InfluxDB, Elasticsearch, Splunk, cloud monitoring platforms (AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor), Kubernetes observability.
• Scripting and automation skills: Python, Bash, or similar languages for automation and integration.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Communication and collaboration skills: Effectively communicate technical information and work with cross-functional teams.
