Job Description

Opening For Telesales Executive - Chennai

Role : Telesales executive

Exp: Fresher to 1+ yrs

Location : T nagar, chennai.

Male and Female Candidates preferer.

Direct Interview only

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Explain the product features and benefits clearly.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
Maintain follow-ups with customers and close the sales.
Update customer information in the CRM system.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls.

Skills Required:

Good communication skills (English/Tamil/Telegu and Malayalam based on requirement).
Basic sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejections and work under target pressure.
Comfortable making high volume of calls daily.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM).
