Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Associate Principal with 11 to 15 years of expertise in Salesforce Apex development to lead and architect Salesforce solutions within the Salesforce Development family

Job Description

Lead the design development and deployment of complex Salesforce applications using Apex Drive the architectural decisions and ensure scalable maintainable Salesforce solutions Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze business requirements Mentor and guide junior developers and technical teams to enhance skill sets and code quality Oversee code reviews testing and deployment processes to maintain high standards Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements and best practices to continuously improve development processes Ensure integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and manage data migration activities Manage technical risks and provide solutions to complex technical challenges Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for Salesforce initiatives

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain highquality Salesforce Apex code adhering to best practices Analyze and resolve technical issues perform root cause analysis and implement fixes Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to document and refine requirements Write technical specifications and lead unit testing efforts Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews and automated testing Support scalability and performance optimization of Salesforce applications Lead and coordinate with DevOps teams for CICD pipeline integration Provide technical leadership in Salesforce metadata management and sandbox strategies Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to team skill development
