Technical Knowledge and experience on Routing, Switching and Wireless technologies and fix layer 2 and layer 3 issues
Analysis, Update and closing of Service desk ticket on time to target 99.99 % SLT per month
Raising service request call with AMC vendor to fix the hardware issues with production devices and change requests on need basis
Monitoring Health status of the network and Capturing Network Utilization statistics
Updating the network Documentation
Active participation in Day to Day activities and Week end changes
Exhibit ability to work with the peer teams and resolve the issues
