Job Description

Automation Engineer Roles Responsibilities:

• PLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms like SPM, Robotic cells, Assembly lines,  Fixtures lines etc.
• Minimum 2-5 years of Hands-on Experience in Servo, VFD, Stepper and Programming of Robot, PLC, HMI and SCADA.
• Configuration and testing of PLC data and IO networks.
• Read and process engineering documents, including PIDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides.
• Collaborate in cross-functional project team discussions and meetings, and proactively seek relevant details for programming deliverables.
• Work experience must be in Siemens / Delta / Omron / Inovance / Mitsubishi PLCs.
• Interpret and follow contract and customer specifications Communicate in a formal, professional, and technical manner to various audiences
• Provide timely support for customers during commissioning, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Industrial communication protocols such as Profinet/Ethernet IP/CC-Link, RS485, RS232 etc.
• Attending service calls and should be willing to travel across the World.
• Candidates should be willing to work on Flexible timings.
