Job Title: Software QA (Manual + JMeter)

Location: Hybrid (Ahmedabad / Pune)
Experience: 4+ Years

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Software QA Engineer with strong expertise in manual testing and performance testing using JMeter. The ideal candidate will ensure quality across multiple projects by creating test plans, executing test cases, and performing load/performance testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review business requirements, resolve ambiguities, and provide inputs as needed
• Create and review Test Plans and Test Cases
• Apply appropriate test design techniques for given requirements
• Execute manual test cases and report defects using tools like JIRA or TFS
• Prepare test metrics and reports for stakeholders
• Perform load/performance testing using JMeter or similar tools
• Write and execute SQL queries for test data extraction and validation
• Identify and raise risks on time
• Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Must-Have Skills

• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Hands-on experience with JMeter for performance testing
• Intermediate SQL proficiency (Stored Procedures, data manipulation)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in Automation Testing using Selenium WebDriver
