Role & responsibilities

QSpiders is a leading learning solutions / software-testing training organization headquartered in Bangalore.

We offer training & placement support to engineering graduates and maintain strong relationships with colleges and the industry.

Job Title: Placement Executive Assistant

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Bangalore-Basavangudi

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to college placement officers, decision-makers or training heads to fix an appointment for campus drives
Build and maintain rapport with colleges and student communities via calls, follow-ups.
Coordinate with selected students to report in our branches for the courses.
Track performance metrics: calls made, leads converted, follow-up status, etc.
Maintain and regularly update a database (CRM / Excel / internal system) of student and college contacts, call logs, follow-ups, status, etc.

Experience :- Freshers

Qualification :- All degree holders

Notice Period :- Immediate (As earliest)

Salary :- 2.57LPA Fixed(16.3k in hand salary)

Work Mode :- Work from office ( 9 hrs Day shift )

Working days: - 6 days(Mon to Sat) Sunday Fixed

Interview Mode :- Face 2 Face/Virtual
