About the Role

Were looking for an experienced Scrum Master who can lead cross-functional teams, drive delivery, and ensure smooth execution of agile practices. The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, and strong in communication. This role requires someone who can manage stakeholders well and guide teams toward successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  
• Ensure the team follows agile values, principles, and best practices
  
• Remove roadblocks and ensure smooth workflow for development teams
  
• Work closely with product owners to define priorities and sprint goals
  
• Track progress, sprint velocity, and delivery timelines
  
• Coach the team on agile frameworks and improve overall efficiency
  
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strong alignment
  
• Drive continuous improvement across processes and tools
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar agile role
  
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  
• Excellent communication and team management skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  
• Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills
  
• Experience in delivering projects in an Agile environment
  
• Certification (CSM/PSM) is a plus
