Job Description
TITLE: Infrastructure Ops Engineer II
FOCUS: Azure Services
LOCATION: Mumbai, (Vikhroli)India
SHIFTS:24*7
POSTION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
The incumbent will be part of the Information & Technology (I&T) organization. The primary focus will be with the Azure Services team. The engineer will be primarily working on the Azure tenant administration. The engineer with manage the overall process, provide/update documentation on operational procedures and methodologies. This position will interact with the Global Security team, Infrastructure team, Active Directory team and several application teams. This role is inclined towards Identity & Access Management and should be a good fit for the candidate aspiring to get into a similar job function.Key Areas of Responsibility include but not limited to:
- Administer the Microsoft EntraID | Azure | AzureB2C | Entra External ID | Microsoft 365 Tenant.
- Manage Users, Groups, CA Policies, MFA, SSPR, Identity Governance & overall Security of the tenant.
- Manage Application Integrations for SSO & Service Principal administration.
- Managed AzureAD/EntraID Connect Sync Services.
- RBAC Management for the tenant & subscriptions.
- Manage Automation processes.
- Provide L3 platform support.
- Research and implement policies & procedures to keep Microsoft tenant updated & secure.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BS or associate degree/Technical Certification or equivalent job experience required.
- 2-6 years experience with Microsoft Azure tenant administration.
- Experience with Active Directory Groups, Users, Service and Computer Accounts.
- Experience with any scripting tools such as PowerShell, Azure CLI or Terraform.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Microsoft Azure tenant administration.
- Experience with scripting tools such as PowerShell, Azure CLI or Terraform.
- Microsoft Azure AZ-900 and/or AZ-104 Certifications preferred but not mandatory.
