Job Description
1. Indent vs Loading Tracking:
- Monitor and reconcile indent requests against actual cash loading.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of cash requirements across location
2. .Customer Escalation Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer escalations related to cash operations.
- Investigate issues promptly and provide effective solutions to maintain service standards.
3. Team Handling:
- Supervise and guide the cash operations team to achieve daily targets and compliance standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training for process improvements.
4. Dashboard Reporting:
- Prepare and publish daily/weekly/monthly dashboards for leadership on cash operations metrics.
- Highlight trends, risks, and actionable insights for decision-making.
5. CIT Drive Coordination:
- Plan and execute Cash-in-Transit (CIT) drives in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and operational timelines during CIT activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in cash operations or related domain.
- Strong knowledge of cash handling processes and CIT operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
