Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to manage our social media end-to-end, create high-quality content copy, and design creatives using Adobe or other software. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in social media management, strong communication skills, and a passion for creating engaging content.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create high-quality content copy, including captions, posts, and stories.
Design creatives using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or other software.
Develop and implement content calendars to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content and engagement.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
Strong communication and content creation skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or other design software.
Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
Knowledge of graphic design principles and visual storytelling.
Certification in social media marketing or a related field.
