Informatica MDM Developer (5-12 Years) @ Infosys

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Developer to design, develop, and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica MDM.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in data integration, data governance, and MDM hub configuration, ensuring high-quality and consistent master data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement MDM solutions using Informatica MDM.
• Configure MDM Hub, Services, and User Exits.
• Develop data integration workflows using Informatica tools (IICS, PowerCenter).
• Implement match/merge rules, data validation, and hierarchy management.
• Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and application teams to ensure accurate master data.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all MDM processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MDM jobs and data synchronization.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM (Hub, Services, User Exits).
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and data quality concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with ETL tools (Informatica PowerCenter/IICS).
• Familiarity with Java for customizations and user exits.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
• Experience with cloud-based MDM implementations.
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs for integrations.
