Job Description

We are looking for skilled and certified Home Health Coders to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Home Health coding guidelines and hands-on experience in applying BC HHC standards.

Position: Home Health Coder

Work Mode: Work From Home

Shift Options:

• Day Shift: 50,000
  
• Night Shift: 60,000
  

Requirements:

• BC HHC Certification Mandatory
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Home Health coding

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely coding for Home Health records
  
• Review patient charts and apply appropriate diagnosis codes
  
• Ensure compliance with BC HHC standards and coding regulations
  
• Coordinate with internal QA teams to maintain quality benchmarks
  
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets consistently
