Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes using ITSM principles.
Develop custom scripts and integrations to automate workflows and improve efficiency in HRSd processes.
Provide technical guidance on best practices for IT services management (ITSM) implementation.
Job Requirements :
5-14 years of experience in developing ServiceNow applications or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of CSM (Customer Service Management) concepts and its application in an IT environment.
Experience with HRSd (Human Resources Service Delivery) modules such as employee data management, time tracking, etc good to have
