Senior Service Now Developer @ Coforge

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes using ITSM principles.
• Develop custom scripts and integrations to automate workflows and improve efficiency in HRSd processes.
• Provide technical guidance on best practices for IT services management (ITSM) implementation.

Job Requirements :

• 5-14 years of experience in developing ServiceNow applications or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of CSM (Customer Service Management) concepts and its application in an IT environment.
• Experience with HRSd (Human Resources Service Delivery) modules such as employee data management, time tracking, etc good to have
