Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Role: AGM IT Infrastructure, NOC, Security & Compliance (1015+ yrs)
Manage end-to-end IT Infra, Networks, Servers, Virtualization, DC/DR
Lead NOC operations ensuring 247 uptime and availability
Oversee Cybersecurity, Firewalls, SIEM/EDR, Incident Response
Handle Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker
Ensure ISO 27001, SOC2, DPDP compliance, audits, DR/BCP readiness
Manage AD/IAM, SSO/MFA, M365/Google Workspace
Drive vendor, SLA, licensing, and IT asset management
Implement and monitor AI usage governance & controls
Lead Infra, NOC, Security, and DevOps teams with strong stakeholder management
Preferred: CCNP, Cloud certs, CKA/CKAD, ITIL, ISO 27001
