Job Description
- Design and develop complex front-end applications using React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Integrate RESTful APIs and support backend services using Python when needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, Backend) to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes to ensure reliability.
- Work on modern front-end technologies while contributing to backend Python development.
- Exposure to projects in the insurance and BFSI domain, delivering impactful solutions.
- Collaborative, Agile-driven environment emphasizing innovation, scalability, and clean coding.
- Opportunity to grow your expertise in cloud, microservices, and DevOps practices.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong knowledge of Python for backend logic or API integration.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, Git, and Agile development practices.
- Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, ESLint ) and secure coding standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- Domain exposure in Insurance, BFSI, or Risk & Compliance systems.
- Experience with Python-based API frameworks ( FastAPI , Django REST Framework).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, PyTest ).
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
