Job Description

Key Responsibilities of SME.

Manage and maintain storage infrastructure, including SAN, NAS, and cloud storage solutions.
Monitor storage performance and capacity to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies to protect data and ensure business continuity.
Collaborate with other IT teams to design and implement storage solutions that meet business requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues in a timely manner.
Evaluate new storage technologies and make recommendations for implementation.
Create and maintain documentation related to storage infrastructure and processes.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Experience with storage technologies such as EMC, NetApp, Dell EMC, etc.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., EMC Proven Professional, NetApp Certified Data Administrator) are a plus.
Fair knowledge of Vmware suite.
