Position: Customer Support Executive

Process: Banking Domestic Voice

Qualification: Graduation Mandatory

Salary: 15,000 19,000 (In-hand)

Shifts: Rotational Shifts

Weekly Off: Rotational Offs

Location: Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls for banking-related queries.
  
• Assist customers with account information, transaction details, card issues, and general banking support.
  
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate cases as needed.
  
• Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and solution-oriented service.
  
• Update customer interaction details in the CRM system accurately.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in [Hindi & English language].
  
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Ability to work under rotational shifts and weekly rotational offs.
  
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  
• Prior experience in customer support or banking process is an advantage (optional).
  

Key Requirements:

• Must be a Graduate (any stream).
  
• Comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
  
• Good communication and customer service mindset.
