Job Description

Hiring For Domestic Voice Process- Tamil!!!

Role & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to banking queries.

Interested to work in banking sales.

Up-selling/ Cross-selling.

Assist customer with account details, transactions, and card-related issues.

Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with banking policies and security guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Fresher/ Experienced candidates are eligible.

Graduation is MANDATORY.

Workdays: 6 days a week.

Week off: 1 rotational week off.

Shift: 24/7

Language Required:

ENGLISH+ TAMIL.

Skills Required:

Good communication in English.

Problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Immediate joiner preferred.

Salary Structure: 2.5 LPA.

Work Location:

NSL Centrum, 2nd floor, Landmark: Brand factory, Plot. No. S-1 Survey no. 1043&1048, Phase1&2, Kukatpally Housing Board Colony, Hyderabad, Telangana 500085.
