Key responsibilities and Accountability

• Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming, or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
• Understanding client requirements and offering product; accordingly, answering potential customers questions and follow-up call questions
• Need to adhere to the shift adherence
• Should have knowledge about cross-selling and up-selling

Typing / Accuracy :25WPM/85% Accuracy
