Project Role Description :Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.
Must have skills :Finastra Fusion Global PAYplus (GPP)

Good to have skills :Payments Fundamentals, Clear2Pay, Business Requirements Analysis

Educational Qualification :15 years full time educationSummary:As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing organizational processes and systems. A typical day includes assessing the current state of business models, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. You will conduct research, gather information, and synthesize findings to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for defining detailed business requirements through engagement with business and technology stakeholders, ensuring that traceability is maintained between requirements and solution elements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • End to end management of requirements including definition, review, approval and business acceptance via end-user testing.
  • Role may be required to define and execute business acceptance tests including Live Confidence Tests on behalf of the business stakeholders, providing evidence of test planning and performance for review/approval by senior stakeholders.
  • Will be required to validate solution proposals to ensure they meet business requirements Professional & Technical Skills:
    Must To Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in Finastra Fusion Global PAYplus (GPP).
  • Good To Have Skills:
  • Experience with Payments Fundamentals, Clear2Pay, Business Requirements Analysis.
  • Candidate must have core Payment experience with JAVA, Spring Boot, API & Micro Services Architecture implementations.
  • Must have hands on experience in SQL, Oracle database.
  • Candidates should have experience in Payment applications with ISO20022 in any platforms like GPP, FIS, Fiserv, Oracle Payments, Form3 will be helpful
  • Should have experience in Agile/Scrum teams
  • Ability to gather business requirements and write user stories
  • Detailed understanding of end-to-end Payments processing To/From Scheme BACS/Faster/FedWire Payments very useful experience of capturing complex requirements and maintaining traceability
  • Will be expected to engage with and present to senior stakeholders
  • Responsible for co-ordination and supporting business readiness for the implementation and live support of the solution
  • Deploy, configure, and manage J2EE/Spring applications on WebSphere or JBoss application servers.
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Automate build and deployment processes for Java-based applications.
  • Manage application packaging (WAR/EAR) and coordinate deployments across multiple environments.
  • Strong experience deploying applications on IBM WebSphere and/or JBoss EAP/WildFly.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools:Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, or similar.
  • Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Finastra Fusion Global PAYplus (GPP).
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
