Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Has oversight of the Services KPI. To track the KPIs daily/weekly/monthly against the target and analyze the trend.
- Applies analysis and independent judgment to both routine and non-routine information.
- Should posses the knowledge of statistical tools & formulas, predictive and forecasting models .
- Runs reporting tools for use to monitor services KPI. Knowledge of running the reports on ECM, ES SLAM, D1, Workbench etc would an added advantage.
- Manages lifecycle of multiple key information solutions Data Collection & Evaluation
- Process Enhancement & ModellingTimely delivery of reports and analysis.
- Provide support to Project/Program Manager.
- To help oversee execution & ensure project goals are met on time.Gap Analysis.
- Continuous improvement.Work with NCRAtleos Services teams around the region to support the business
Skills required
- Analytical Thinking: - Ability to analyse data, processes, and systems to identify problems and opportunities.
- Problem-Solving: - Identifying issues within business processes and developing effective solutions.
- Data Analysis: - Ability to interpret and analyse data is a critical part of a business analysts job. Business analysts use tools like Excel, Power Point, Power BI,VBA, SQL,Quickbase & Tableau to generate insights that guide business strategies and operations. ML & AI would be an added advantage
- Communication Skills:- Effective communication both written and verbal with all stakeholders within team, cross function and upper management
- Process modelling:- Process modelling techniques using flow charts and diagrams used for visualising process and recommend improvements.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science (or equivalent education, knowledge and/or experience as determined by the hiring organization).
- Analytical and/or technical experience, preferably within NCR Services.
- Demonstrated proficiencies with Microsoft Office Suite software.
- Knowledge of PowerBI, Advanced Excel & VBA , Microsoft word, Power APPS & Quickbase.
Scope
- Support targeted NCR field Services across APAC,MEA & EUROPE

- Fast-paced, team environment working with internal team & other functions.
