Description
- FiServe Signature (CBS/Aperio, CRS, Branch Teller, Frontier Reconciliation )Must have skills;
- Provide technical support and maintenance for the Temenos Data Hub & Temenos Analytics platforms
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to maintain system integrity and security.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Assist in the integration of the TDH platform with other banking systems and third-party applications.
- Ensure compliance with banking industry standards and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users and other technical staff.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in Temenos BI platform.
- 5 to 8 years of experience as a support engineer for the Temenos Data Hub & Temenos Analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding on DES, ODS, SDS & ADS data flows.
- Experience in ADS Data mapping activity against the clients report requirements.
- Experience in Azure Kubernetes Services, SQL Server, Azure cloud environment.
- Strong understanding of banking operations and Reporting from Analytics & TDH Designer & Scheduler.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the TDH platform.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of integration methods and technologies, including APIs and middleware.
- Strong knowledge in database management and SQL.
