Job Role::
1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via multiple channels (voice) related to flights booking, cancellation and refunds
2. Maintain a high standard of service quality, adhering to customer service guidelines.
3. Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring a positive and helpful interaction.
Requirements:
HSC/Graduate
Fresher/ Experienced
Salary: 16.5 k/month

6 Days working, 24*7 Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts).
1 Rotational Week Off.
Communications:
English Communication Skills- Verbal and Written.
Transport Facility::
Pick-up or Drop facility available in odd hours
No Leaves apart from week-offs would be available for next 6 months or
upcoming 180 days.
