Job Description

Job Purpose: To manage a team of tele-callers to ensure quality met appointments are generated from various sources with an aim to increase the sales of the branch and positively contribute to achieve sales targets.

Job Responsibility:

1. Recruit quality telemarketing executives.

2. Monitor Retention percentage on regular basis.

3. Ensure maximization of number of appointments per tele-caller.

Strong Results Orientation and Execution Excellence
Good People Management Skills
High Energy and Passion
High Customer Centricity

Experience & Desired Qualifications required:

4-6 years of experience in Team leader - Tele marketing in a similar role within a Tele sales environment.
Candidate must have fluency in Tamil and English Language
Work experience in industries: Hospitality, Travel/ Hotel/ Tourism is preferred
