Genpact Walk-In drive for Voice Roles (Hindi +English) || Hyderabad location on 13th December 2025
**Candidate should be able to speak/read and understand both Hindi and English languages.
- Walk-In Date: 13-December-2025
- Walk-in Timings: 12 PM - 2 PM
- Walk-in venue for Content moderation role: Genpact, F9P5+3FV, Hafeezpet Rd, Vinayaka Nagar, Hafeezpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500049 & 14-45, IDA Uppal Opp. Ngri Habsiguda, Hyderabad.
- Graduation: Any grad except law is eligible
- Experience: Freshers/experience upto 3yrs
- Work location: Hyderabad (Only work from office)
- Shifts: Flexible with any shift
- Mandatory documents to carry: 2 passport size photographs (one photo to be pasted on resume), 2 copies of resume, Original Aadhaar card
Candidate should be able to speak/read/understand both Hindi and English language.
Voice Role:
- Graduation: Any grad except law/diploma is eligible
- Experience: 0 to 3 yrs (previous exp. in voice roles)
- Work location: Hyderabad (Only work from office)
- Languages known: Hindi+English
- Shifts: Flexible with any shift
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and customer's concern
- Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
