Job Title: Reporting Analyst (Payroll Focus)
Work Location: Hyderabad, India
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong Reporting Analyst to support payroll-related reporting and analytics for the process. The role requires strong data handling skills, visualization capability, and the ability to work closely with Operational and Program Leaders to ensure accurate, timely, and insightful reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, analyze, and validate payroll data with high levels of accuracy.
- Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports using visualization tools.
- Prepare and present insights to Operational Leaders and Program Leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable outputs.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all payroll reports.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and problem-solve analytical issues as they arise.
- Maintain proper documentation of reports, data sources, and processes.
- Adapt and learn new tools or technologies as required for reporting automation.
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak periods as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Skilled in designing intuitive, insightful dashboards.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel (including formulas & pivot tables), and Google Docs.
- High accuracy in data entry and data validation work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Adaptability to learn various software tools and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in payroll-related processes or handling payroll data.
- Exposure to scripting/automation (e.g., JavaScript) will be an added advantage.
