We are looking for a Senior React Developer with strong expertise in building modern, scalable, and high-performing web applications. The candidate will lead front-end development efforts, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain complex web applications using React and related technologies. Implement reusable components and optimize application performance. Collaborate with designers and backend developers to ensure seamless integration. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members. Stay updated with the latest front-end trends and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Must-Have Skills These are essential for the role and expected at this experience level: Core Technical Skills Design tools familiarity (Understnd the Figma designs , Adobe XD designs) HTML & CSS (including Flexbox, Grid, responsive design) Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) TypeScript (strong typing, interfaces, generics, utility types) React with Type script varient (functional components, hooks, context API) Component-based architecture and reusable UI patterns API integration (REST, GraphQL) RESTful API integration and handling asynchronous operations (e.g., Axios, Fetch) Version control (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket) Git (branching strategies, pull requests, conflict resolution) Working with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL) Advanced React, Testing & Ecosystem Redux, RTK & RTK Query for data fetching and caching Unit and integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library) Type-safe testing with TypeScript Linting and formatting tools (ESLint, Prettier) Component libraries (Material UI, Chakra UI, Ant Design) Webpack, Vite, or similar bundlers Code splitting, lazy loading, memoization Modular architecture and scalable folder structures Deployment & CI/CD Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) Frontend deployment (Vercel, Netlify, AWS Amplify) Soft Skills Agile/Scrum practices Stakeholder communication and requirement analysis Mentoring and code reviews
