Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
  
• Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  
• Develop and customize applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
  
• Oversee data modeling, integrations, and system architecture within Salesforce.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  
• Review code, provide technical guidance, and mentor development teams.
  
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security.
  
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements or enhancements.
  
• Work on integration patterns involving REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-15 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce design and development.
  
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
  
• Proven experience in architecting large-scale Salesforce implementations.
  
• Good understanding of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, security, and automation tools.
  
• Experience with API integrations and integration tools (Mulesoft, REST/SOAP, etc.) is preferred.
  
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Salesforce Platform Developer II are a plus.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
