Role & responsibilities
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused International Customer Support Executives to join our team. This role involves providing support to global customers through an international chat process. Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts and possess strong communication and typing skills.Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat with accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide prompt resolutions by troubleshooting issues and offering the best possible solutions.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update systems as required.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates in International Chat Process are welcome.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Good typing speed (preferred 35WPM with high accuracy).
- Ability to work in rotational night shifts.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Should be comfortable working onsite.
