    Position: Customer Support & Sales Specialist (Voice Process US Shift)
    Company: Renaissance Jewel
    Location: Remote

    Compensation: Upto 8 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives
    Shift: Evening / Graveyard
    Working Days: Weekdays & Weekends (Max 5 days/week)
    Working Hours: 9 hours/day

    Your Role: Customer Support & Sales Specialist

    Do you enjoy meaningful customer conversations Can you problem-solve, assist buyers, and convert leads into sales opportunities

    This role requires confidence, empathy, and the ability to manage customer relationships with finesse.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle inbound & outbound voice calls and live chats professionally.
    • Assist US customers with product inquiries, orders, returns, and after-sales support.
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during conversations.
    • Meet all key KPIs: SLA, AHT, CSAT.
    • Maintain accurate logs of all interactions using CRM & ticketing tools.

    What Were Looking For

    • 23 years of calling experience handling US B2C customers (mandatory).
    • 610 years total experience in call center/BPO (voice & live chat).
    • Strong verbal & written communication in English.
    • Experience in product-based calling processes.
    • Familiarity with CRM, chat, and ticketing systems.
    • Comfortable working night shifts.
    • Jewelry / E-commerce / Luxury retail background highly preferred.
    • Graduate degree preferred.
    • Please do not apply if you do not have US call experience.

    Remote Work Requirements

    • Candidate must arrange their own:
      Laptop
      Stable high-speed Wi-Fi
    • Must be comfortable using Hub staff (attendance & productivity monitoring system).
      Hub staff Summary:
      • Tracks active work time & activity levels
      • Takes periodic screenshots
      • Stops tracking if inactive for 5+ minutes
      • Hub staff logs = official attendance & payroll data
      • Candidate must ensure Hub staff is active during working hours
    • Salary will be credited between the 15th, 20th of every month.
