Job Description :
Understand the core values of the company and its goals.
Research the market and related products for possible business opportunities.
Present the product favorably and in a structured professional way face to face.
Maintain and Develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and e-mails.
Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential markets.
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.
Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
Advise on forth coming product developments and discuss special promotions to the brokers Desired Skills.
Experience in a Sales driven organization (Pharma/BFSI/Telecom/FMCG/Insurance/Real Estate).
Incentives & Benefits :
- Attractive Incentives: You will earn 10-20% commission on every property sold in addition to your fixed pay.
- Weekly Offs: You will have 2 fixed weekly offs on Monday and Tuesday.
- Site Visits: Site visits are to be conducted only on Saturday and Sunday.

- If you successfully complete 3 property deals within 3 months, you become eligible for the Goal Sheets Appraisal Program.
- Under this program, you will receive a promotion, salary hike, and additional incentives based on performance.
