We are hiring a Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise data initiatives.

The role involves translating business needs into system specifications, collaborating with digital product managers, data engineers, and QA analysts, and ensuring alignment of data transformation efforts with organizational goals.

The analyst will drive data quality, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement across insurance domains. 5 to 7 years in business systems analysis, preferably within Insurance Domain.

Mandatory Skills:

SQL, data warehouse models, data analysis, Agile methodology, software development lifecycle, business analysis techniques.

Secondary Skills: ETL/ELT experience, data integration, data quality, MDM, stakeholder communication, documentation standards, customer support, process mapping.

Good-to-Have skills: Experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms, knowledge of data privacy and compliance, technical specification writing, familiarity with data engineering workflows.
